My COVID Experience So Far

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed us in more than one way. By now, we all know of several friends, family or acquaintances who have had the infection and recovered, but some who have died as well. What determines who survives and who doesn’t? In this lecture I will share my personal experience about prevention treatments, protocols for the different stages of the infection, some of the co-infections that complicate the disease. The internet has become a great source of information, but also of misinformation. In this lecture I will mention some topics that cover both, true and false based on published science. For the second wave of COVID-19 what makes this new variant more difficult, who is more at risk and what to do to reduce the risk of infection. Finally, how to build a first aid kit to have at home, just in case.
