Joining us will be a number of representatives from the municipality of Chapala and the delegation of Ajijic. Our Expat Liason Ricardo will introduce us to the various components of the government that are here to serve all of us who live hare at Lakeside.
Many Expats are not familiar with how to access city services and how to deal with emergencies. This presentation will walk us through the various programs and the right place to go for things that come up.

How to report a crime
In the case of traffic violations, what should you do
What can the police ask for an not ask for
Answer any questions you have on how law enforcement works
The different departments of law enforcement and who controls what
Are you familiar with all the services that DIF offerers and do you have an INAPAM card?
When you have an emergency at home, who to contact and with what info.
In the case of a death on your property or that you witness – what do you do, who do you call?
You will also receive a card with the most important emergency phone numbers and some brochures on Anticorruption efforts.
