All of us have many times in our lives where we are faced with overwhelming situations in our health, life and families. My message is to look at is an opportunity your life is giving you to change something so that you can improve your health, life and surroundings for the better. Overwhelm comes with an opportunity to live your life better.
My name is Briana Beveridge, I am a US Air Force Veteran, Certified Master Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Speaker, Certified Relationship Coach and Life Coach and most recently Divorce Doula and Coach. I am most proud of me being a SAHM to my 2 daughters and using my overwhelm as an opportunity to divorce and move to Mexico.
